At Villa Vaayu, we invite you to make yourself at home while treating our heritage villa with care and respect. To help us maintain a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, kindly observe the following guidelines:
All toiletries will be provided on request.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Kindly store your valuables in cupboards available in the rooms. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed f it by the management.
Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Villa Vaayu are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
Breakfast is complimentary.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
Breakfast timing is between 8:30 am to 10:30 am. In case of special requests, Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Villa Vaayu, with additional charges.
Terms & Conditions - No Refund Policy
Non - Refundable Bookings
All reservations at Villa Vaayu are final and non-refundable upon confirmation. Due to limited availability, securing a booking reserves the accommodation exclusively for the guest, preventing others from making a reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show) or who depart prior to the end of their booked stay will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or any form of compensation.
Rescheduling Policy
Requests to modify reservation dates may be submitted at least 3weeks/ 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not feasible, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of government-imposed travel restrictions or natural disasters, management may, at its sole discretion, provide a booking credit for a future stay instead of a refund.
Legal Jurisdiction
Legal jurisdiction lies within the panchayat limits of Olaulim, Pomburpa, Bardez Taluka, North Goa, Goa.
Policy Amendments
Villa Vaayu reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
